Orestis-Anastasios Tsolakis picture
Orestis-Anastasios Tsolakis is a Civil Engineer – Transportation Planner working as a research associate at the Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT) of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) since May 2018. He received his diploma in civil engineering from the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (AUTh) in 2004 and also holds an MBA since 2006 (University of Macedonia) and a master in transportation since 2009 (AUTh). He has more than 10 years of professional experience in public traffic and transportation projects, working as a contractor, partner or associate consultant through his personal consultancy. His main research interests are in the fields of maritime and intermodal freight transport and logistics. He is a registered Civil Engineer in the Technical Chamber of Greece, a member of the Hellenic Institute of Transportation Engineers and of the Association of Public Projects Consultants in Central and West Macedonia.
