Dimos Touloumidis was born and raised in 1995 and grew up in Thessaloniki. He graduated from the Department of Agronomy and Surveying Engineering of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki in 2018 with a degree in Transportation and Plumbing. In parallel with the school, he worked for two years in a consulting company, in the elaboration of technical studies. In December 2021, he obtained an MSc. degree in "Water Resources Management" from the Department of Civil Engineering of TU Delft University. As part of his postgraduate studies, he worked as an assistant professor and supervised a dissertation, and participated in the publication of articles in journals. In addition, he has experience in modeling, econometrics, and data analysis with Python programming language but also in geographic information software (ArcGIS, QGIS). He is a Research Associate in the Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT) of the Centre for Research and Technology Hellas (CERTH) since 2021.
