On July 1, 2019, the collaboration of the Hellenic Institute of Transport (HIT/CERTH) and the Texas A&M Transportation Institute will be confirmed by signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by HIT/CERTH Director Dr. E. Bekiaris and the Director of Texas A&M Transport Institute, Mr. Greg Winfree.
This co-operation refers to areas related to automotive vehicles, smart cities technologies, connected automated vehicles, intelligent ITS transport systems and cooperative ITS, Big Data Analytics.
From HIT/CERTH, the preparation of the co-operation and coordination of the implementation of the memorandum is undertaken by the Institute’s Research Director, Mrs. Georgia Aifadopoulou.
