CERTH/HIT at the European Week of Regions and Cities

Vision:
To make HIT the main and integrated Research Pole in the fields of Transport, Sustainable Mobility and Tourism in Greece and among the top 10 relevant nodes of technology and expertise in Europe.

The European Week of Regions and Cities, an annual event dedicated to regional policies, will take place between 5 and 22 October 2020. This year the cities and regions will get the opportunity to present their achievements in three thematic areas:

Green Europe
Cohesion and Cooperation
Empowering Citizens

Mobilizing people for active inclusive low carbon mobility

The participatory lab will offer an opportunity to look into the experiences of 4 different INTERREG Europe projects (MATCH-UP, OPTITRANS, REFORM and e-smartec – the last two being projects’ coordinated by CERTH/HIT) on good practices and policies regarding behavioural changes and other initiatives towards accessible, inclusive and low-carbon mobility.
